IREC 2027 – Industrial Relations in Europe Conference

Fifteen years after its last edition in Lisbon, the Industrial Relations in Europe Conference (IREC) returns to Iscte.
IREC brings together scholars, practitioners and students interested in work, employment relations, trade unionism and worker representation.
Under the guiding question “Who represents workers’ interests today?”, IREC 2027 will provide a forum for discussing how worker representation and employment relations are being reshaped in a context marked by profound technological, social, political and environmental transformations.
