Employment
Relations.
Throughout
his
career,
he
has
also
been
engaged
in
research
and
published
in
these
areas,
generally
with
a
focus
upon
questions
related
to
trade
unionism.
He
founded
and
is
still
Director
of
the
Masters
in
Labor
Studies
and
Labor
Relations,
where
he
teaches
courses
related
to
trade
unionism
and
Industrial
Relations.
He
has
also
assumed
various
positions
with
scientific
and
departmental
responsibilities.
