Rebelo
is
a
Psychologist

Faculty

Psychology,
University
of
Lisbon;
Postgraduate
degree
in
Family
and
Community
Therapy
at
UAL;
Master's
degree
in
Systemic
Therapy
at
the
Autonomous
University
of
Barcelona)
and
holds
a
PhD
in
Anthropology
by
Iscte-IUL.
She
is
a
full
member
of
the
Portuguese
Order
of
Psychologists
and
is
part
of
the
board of
the
European
Association
of
Community
Psychology
(ECPA).She
has
over
20
years
of
experience
in
social
and
community
intervention
projects,
as
well
as
international
humanitarian
projects.
She
was
a
project
coordinator
in
mental
health
and
psychosocial
support
(MHPSS)
from
2010
to
2017
and
since
then
has
worked
as
an
independent
consultant
in
MHPSS
and
Staff
Care
in
humanitarian
contexts.She
is
an
integrated
researcher
at
CIES-Iscte
since
2026,
having
previously
participated
in
research
projects
at
CRIA-Iscte
(Livepolitics)
and
CIS-Iscte
(JustFutures).
