performance,
including
business,
operations
and
IS/IT
strategy,
modeling
methods
and
approaches,
organizational
analysis
and
processes
design,
implementation
and
acceptance,
and
the
quality
of
information
systems
in
industry
sectors
like
healthcare,
banking
and
finance,
the
public
administration
and
manufacturing.
He
is
co-author
of

scientific
papers
and

books.
