an
Associate
Professor
at
ISCTE
–
Instituto
Universitário
de
Lisboa,
Portugal,
where
he
is
the
Director
of
the
Master
programme
in
Human
Resource
Management
and
Organizational
Consulting.
He
is
also
a
member
of
the
Scientific
Board
and
a
researcher
at
the
Business
Research
Unit
in
the
same
institute.
He
earned
his
PhD
in
Psychology
from
the
University
of
Minho
(Portugal)
and
had
a
Postdoctoral
in
Management
at
the
Free
University
of
Berlin
(Germany).
He
has
been
teaching
courses
related
with
Human
Resource
Management,
Organizational
Behavior
and
Change
Management
in
several
Undergraduate
Degrees,
Master
and
PhD,
mainly
in
Management
Degrees. He
has
been
a
member
of
the
Executive
Committee
of
the
European
Association
of
Psychological
Assessment
since
2018.
His
research
interests
include
psychological
assessment,
leadership,
creativity,
change
management
and
presenteeism.
