holds

PhD
in
Public
Policy
from
Iscte
–
Instituto
Universitário
de
Lisboa
(Iscte-IUL),
awarded
in
2024.
He
is
a
social
policy
researcher,
whose
research
focuses
on
poverty,
social
inequalities,
and
the
evaluation
of
decentralized
public
policies
at
the
local
level.
In
previous
projects,
including
his
doctoral
research
(during
which
he
was
visiting
researcher
at
the
Institute
of
Government
and
Public
Policies
in
Barcelona),
he
explored
the
policy
innovation
(basic
income-inspired
policy) within
multilevel
governance
contexts,
and
labour
market
studies
such
as
labour
market
segmentation
and
the
projectification
of
work.
He
was
invited
to
lecture
in
the
course
Society
and
Social
Policies
at
Iscte-Instituto
Universitário
de
Lisboa.
